Job description:
Profile: Factory Head
Qualification: MBA
Experience: 8-10 years of experience, out of which minimum 5 years managing a factory.
Salary: UP TO 50K
Location: Ludhiana, Punjab
Responsibilities:
- He should have experience of managing the labour and also exposure to engaging with government offices like Pollution Control Board, Labour Department GST etc.
- He should have some knowledge of HR practices and understand basic accounting (Profit & Loss) in a company. He should have a good communication skills.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
