SRES is a growing electrical engineering company specializing in HT/LT power systems, switchgear solutions, and turnkey EPC projects up to 400 kV, serving industrial, private, and government sectors across India.
Job Summary
We are looking for a Tendering Executive (Electrical) who can manage end-to-end tendering activities for electrical projects including substations, switchgear, and EPC works.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and track tenders from portals (GeM, eProcurement, etc.)
- Prepare technical & commercial bids for HT/LT electrical projects
- Analyze BOQs, drawings, specifications, and tender documents
- Vendor coordination for quotations and cost estimation
- Prepare costing, pricing, and bid comparison sheets
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and timelines
- Coordinate with design and project teams for technical inputs
- Maintain tender database and documentation
Requirements
- Diploma / BE in Electrical (EEE)
- 1–2 years of experience in electrical tendering
- Knowledge of HT/LT systems, switchgear, transformers
- Familiarity with government and private tender platforms
- Good Excel and documentation skills
