Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Executive for the construction industry. The candidate should have strong experience in customer handling, project coordination, client relationship management, and business development activities. The ideal candidate must be capable of coordinating with clients, project teams, and management to ensure smooth execution of projects and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities in the construction sector.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and consultants.
Handle customer enquiries and provide timely support and coordination.
Coordinate with project teams for smooth project execution and updates.
Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and follow-up with clients.
Attend client meetings, site visits, and project discussions.
Monitor project progress and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain project documentation, reports, and communication records.
Achieve business development targets and contribute to company growth.
Coordinate with internal departments for timely completion of projects.
Handle negotiations and support management in closing business deals.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
