Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive industrial land sales, generate qualified leads, manage client site visits, build channel partner networks, and achieve monthly revenue targets. The candidate will play a key role in expanding our industrial real estate business and supporting the company’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through digital platforms, brokers, referrals, and direct networking
- Arrange and manage client site visits for industrial projects
- Convert enquiries into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, consultants, and corporate clients
- Ensure 100% CRM updates and regular sales reporting
- Coordinate with marketing team to improve lead quality and campaign performance
- Track market trends, competitor projects, and identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in Sales / Business Development (Real Estate)
- Tele calling Experience required
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client handling skills
- Experience in lead management, CRM, and team Management
- Target-driven mindset with proven sales performance
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
