We have successfully organized industrial and educational tours for colleges across Uttar Pradesh and are now expanding our operations in Maharashtra.
Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to establish and grow our Maharashtra operations from Pune. The role involves developing relationships with colleges, promoting industrial exposure programs, generating group bookings, and building the Destination Holidays brand across Maharashtra.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit Pharmacy, Engineering, Management, Polytechnic and Degree Colleges.
- Meet Principals, Directors, HODs, Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) and Faculty Coordinators.
- Promote Industrial Exposure Programs and Educational Tour Packages.
- Generate enquiries and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct presentations and explain tour proposals.
- Follow up with colleges until booking confirmation.
- Submit daily visit reports and weekly performance updates.
- Coordinate with the Lucknow Head Office for quotations, pricing and operations.
- Develop long-term institutional relationships for repeat business.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/BBA preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B field sales, educational marketing, travel sales, EdTech, admissions, or institutional sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel.
- Must be disciplined, target-oriented and self-driven.
- Knowledge of colleges in Maharashtra is an advantage.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
Compensation
- Fixed Salary / Performance-Based Model (depending on experience).

Performance Expectations
- Minimum 4 college visits per working day.
- Minimum 20–25 quality meetings per week.
- Daily reporting through CRM/Google Sheet.
- Consistent follow-up with prospective colleges.
- Achievement of monthly business development targets.
