- Rental Billing: Automate recurring monthly billing cycles in Zoho Subscriptions for all active laptop rental contracts.
- Adjustments: Process approved credit notes for returns or cancellations directly within the Zoho platform.
2. Inventory & Rental Stock Control
- Stock Tracking: Log incoming stock and outgoing sales/rental dispatches using Zoho Inventory to maintain real-time accuracy.
- Rental Fleet Ledger: Track active deployments versus available warehouse stock to prevent dual-allocation.
- Audits: Participate in periodic physical stock counts to reconcile physical inventory against Zoho records.3. Accounts Receivable & Bank Reconciliation
- Payment Allocation: Reconcile daily bank feeds with outstanding customer invoices inside Zoho Books.
- Collections: Monitor the Zoho AR aging dashboard and follow up on overdue sales and rental balances.
4. Compliance & Documentation
- Filing Assistance: Extract monthly sales, rental, and tax reports from Zoho to support GST return filings.
- Records: Attach digital delivery chalans and signed rental agreements to respective customer profiles in Zoho.
