About the Role We are looking for a proactive and ownership-driven Growth Marketing Specialist to support enterprise outreach, relationship management, demand generation, and strategic growth initiatives across Blackgold’s recycling and sustainability ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience or exposure in recycling, e-waste, ITAD, sustainability, environmental services, or related B2B sectors, along with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with modern sales intelligence, CRM, outreach, AI productivity, and workflow automation platforms such as Apollo.io, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho CRM, ChatGPT, and similar tools will be an added advantage. A bachelor’s degree in relevant fields is preferred, while MBA candidates will have an added advantage. Since this is a relationship-driven role, proficiency in multiple regional languages is not mandatory, but will be considered a plus. MBA candidates will have an added advantage. Minimum 2+ years of experience in recycling, e-waste management, ITAD, sustainability, environmental services, or related B2B sectors with exposure to enterprise-facing business environments. Demonstrated ability to independently manage professional relationships, business conversations, and enterprise stakeholder engagement with confidence and ownership. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management capabilities with the ability to build trust across corporate and industrial stakeholders. Hands-on familiarity with modern sales intelligence, CRM, outreach, and AI productivity platforms such as Apollo.io, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho CRM, ChatGPT, and similar business tools. Exposure to workflow automation, lead management systems, process optimization, and operational efficiency tools will be considered an added advantage.
