v Responsible to identify production materials.
v Responsible for checking and adjusting composition heat wise in consultation with moulding supervisors.
v Responsible to follow charge mix.
v Responsible for the quality of metal which is transferred to treatment.
v Responsible to coordinate with relevant departments.
v Responsible to identify non-conforming casting during the process and inform to appropriate personnel.
v Responsible to take the required bill of materials for production process.
v Responsible to check the lining condition of Furnace, Ladle and Tundish.
v Responsible to update the melting department list of records
v Responsible to ensure safety practices and usage of safety PPE for individuals.
v Follow Furnace lining and sintering as per the procedure
v Control of man power
v Plan Production sequence discussed with melting and core shop supervisor based on capacity
v Check Quality in melting , first off inspection, charge mix
v Inspection of CI borings for slag percentage
v Arrange to get required raw materials from stores
v Control of SG treatment, inoculation as per the instruction
v Maintaining the molten metal temperature before tapping and pouring
v Deciding the additives to correct the chemistry based on the chemical composition
v Monitoring House Keeping and Ensuring the safe work in place
v Update records related to melting production and furnace lining
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
