We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Team Leader to lead and manage a team of Field Sales Executives and Telesales Executives. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, recruiting team members, monitoring performance, and driving revenue growth for ASPL Protection Plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team.
- Recruit and onboard new Field Sales Executives and Telesales Executives.
- Assign daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement.
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.
- Support team members in closing sales and resolving customer issues.
- Track sales reports and submit performance updates to management.
- Build strong relationships with merchants, partners, and customers.
- Ensure company policies and sales processes are followed.
Eligibility
- Any Degree / Diploma.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Team Handling, or Business Development.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,173.84 per month
