Learning Product Manager (Instructional Design & Commercialization)

Role Purpose
The Learning Product Manager is responsible for the end-to-end development, commercialization and continuous improvement of APEX's learning products.
This role goes beyond traditional instructional design by combining learning design, product management, client solutioning and pre-sales support to create commercially successful learning solutions that address real business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development & Instructional Design
- Design instructor-led, virtual and blended learning solutions.
- Develop learning objectives, curriculum, facilitator guides and participant materials.
- Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop new products and improve existing ones.
- Ensure learning solutions are practical, engaging and aligned with adult learning principles.
Product Management & Commercialization
- Identify market opportunities and recommend new learning products.
- Package products into market-ready offerings with clear value propositions.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Support product positioning, pricing and go-to-market initiatives.
- Collaborate with Marketing on brochures, product sheets and launch activities.
Client Solutioning & Pre-Sales
- Support Sales during client discovery and solution discussions.
- Design customized learning journeys based on client requirements.
- Prepare technical content for proposals and presentations.
- Participate in client meetings where product expertise is required.
Product Innovation
- Monitor market trends and emerging learning needs.
- Explore AI-enabled learning solutions and digital products.
- Recommend improvements that enhance customer value and business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, HR, Psychology or related field.
- 4–8 years' experience in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Product Development or Corporate Training.
- Experience in corporate learning solutions.
- Exposure to client-facing solutioning or pre-sales is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) is an advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
