Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution:
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources for multiple construction sites.
- Ensure all projects meet design, quality, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with design and procurement teams to ensure materials and resources are available on time.
- Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise Project Managers, Site Engineers, and other team members.
- Conduct regular meetings and site visits to monitor progress and address challenges.
- Facilitate training and development opportunities to improve team performance and skills.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are met and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate with HR, finance, and procurement departments for resource planning and budget tracking.
- Compliance & Quality Control:
- Ensure all projects adhere to company policies, local laws, and industry regulations.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to maintain high standards.
- Manage and oversee health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs, ensuring all sites comply with HSE standards.
- Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate risks related to project schedules, budgets, and safety.
- Develop contingency plans to handle unforeseen issues.
- Reporting:
- Prepare and present regular progress reports for senior management.
- Track project KPIs and ensure all projects meet performance benchmarks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in construction project management, with at least 3 years in a regional management role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects within deadlines and budgets.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, HSE standards, and quality assurance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
