Introduction:
We’re looking for an Administrator to join our ECS plan administration team, which delivers tailored solutions for employee incentive structures including share plans, deferred compensation, carried interest, and pension arrangements; this is a dedicated, process-driven role focused on the administration of plans through an online portal, where you will be responsible for the accurate setup, maintenance, and ongoing management of plan data, processing transactions, and ensuring records are kept up to date using market-leading technology, playing a key role in delivering efficient, high-quality plan administration services to a global client base.
Some of the things you will be doing:
- Plan Administration : Administer a portfolio of share plans and incentive structures via an online portal, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to defined processes.
- Plan Setup & Migration : Lead and support the onboarding of new plans and the migration of existing plans onto the portal, ensuring accurate configuration, data integrity, and smooth transition.
- System & Portal Management : Configure, maintain, and update plan data within core systems, ensuring records are accurate and functionality supports efficient delivery.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and update client and plan records within the portal, ensuring all transactions and changes are accurately captured.
- Compliance : Follow internal procedures and controls to ensure all administration activities meet regulatory and governance requirements.
- Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams across jurisdictions to support plan setup, resolve data issues, and ensure seamless service delivery .
What Technical Skills, Experience, and qualifications do you need:
- Experience in system-driven plan administration or system-based service delivery.
- Managed large and complex datasets, ensuring accurate validation and transformation.
- Background in share plans, trusts, or financial services desirable.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high standards.
- Working towards or hold a relevant professional qualification.
- Experience in working with MS Office tools, particularly intermediate Excel skills such as formulas, Pivot Tables, Lookups, and Mail Merge.
- Ability to work as a team, sharing responsibilities, owning the process and ensuring timely delivery of tasks.
