We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to manage the daily operations of the branch, achieve business targets, and ensure excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage branch operations and staff.
- Achieve Gold Loan and Investment targets.
- Generate new business and customer relationships.
- Ensure proper gold loan appraisal and documentation.
- Monitor loan collections and branch performance.
- Maintain branch records and compliance with company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3–5 years of experience in NBFC, Gold Loan, or Banking.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to achieve business targets and manage a team.
