Role Overview
We are looking for an articulate, polished and relationship-driven professional who can become the first point of contact for prospective clients.
This is much more than a telecalling role. You will own our lead pipeline, build trust with clients, educate them about the Minose model, qualify opportunities, schedule consultations, conduct follow-ups with discipline and occasionally meet clients in person.
You will work directly with the founders and gradually become the face of Minose during the early stages of the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete lead management process from enquiry to meeting.
- Call every new lead within defined response timelines.
- Understand customer requirements, budgets and project timelines.
- Explain the Minose business model confidently and professionally.
- Schedule consultations with founders.
- Conduct structured follow-ups until closure.
- Maintain accurate CRM records after every interaction.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers and channel partners.
- Attend client meetings whenever required.
- Support exhibitions, customer events and luxury sourcing presentations.
- Share weekly pipeline reports and conversion metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and conversion rates.
Ideal Candidate
- 3–7 years of experience in luxury furniture, interiors, architecture, premium real estate or high-end home décor.
- Exceptional spoken English and Hindi.
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- Confident in meeting affluent clients.
- Strong executive presence and professional grooming.
- Highly organized with disciplined follow-up habits.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, Excel and WhatsApp Business.
- Self-driven, proactive and detail-oriented.
Preferred Experience
Experience with brands or companies dealing in luxury furniture, modular kitchens, premium interiors, luxury real estate, imported home décor or high-value lifestyle products will be an advantage.
