- Assist in the preparation of continental food items as instructed by senior chefs.
- Support kitchen staff in cutting, chopping, marinating, and mise en place preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area.
- Ensure proper storage of food items according to safety standards.
- Assist in plating and presentation of dishes.
- Follow kitchen SOPs and food safety regulations.
- Handle kitchen equipment carefully and report any damage immediately.
- Support in receiving and storing kitchen supplies.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and grooming standards.
- Work closely with other kitchen staff for smooth kitchen operations.
- Learn menu items, recipes, and cooking techniques related to continental cuisine
