We are a leading manufacturer of portable cabins, modular buildings, prefabricated structures, and steel modular solutions based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. We specialize in delivering high-quality accommodation camps, offices, control rooms, clinics, security cabins, warehouses, and customized modular facilities for major industrial and infrastructure projects.
We are looking for an experienced MEP Estimation Engineer to join our engineering team remotely from Ernakulam, Kerala, supporting estimation and tendering activities for projects in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for portable cabins and modular buildings.
- Analyze tender documents, specifications, BOQs, and client requirements.
- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
- Estimate materials, manpower, equipment, subcontractor costs, and installation costs.
- Coordinate with Civil, Structural, Architectural, Production, Procurement, and Project teams during bid preparation.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
- Request and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare value engineering proposals to optimize project costs.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC), Saudi Aramco standards (where applicable), SEC requirements, and international MEP standards.
- Prepare cost comparison sheets and bid summaries.
- Support project handover by preparing estimation documentation.
- Maintain updated cost databases and unit rate libraries.
- Participate in client clarifications and technical discussions when required.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEP estimation.
- Experience in portable cabin, modular building, prefabricated structures, or construction industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical, ELV, and Low Current systems.
- Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Good understanding of BOQs, quantity surveying, and cost estimation.
- Proficiency in:
o AutoCAD
o Microsoft Excel (Advanced)
o MS Office
o Bluebeam/Revu (Preferred)
o PlanSwift or similar estimation software (Preferred)
- Knowledge of Saudi market pricing is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
