Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support day-to-day operational activities, coordination, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be comfortable working with data, and possess good proficiency in MS Office tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily operational tasks and project activities
- Maintain and update records, reports, and documentation
- Handle data entry and prepare reports using MS Excel and MS Word
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and follow-ups
- Assist in project execution, monitoring, and reporting
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Good command of English communication (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Requirements
- Candidate must have access to a laptop
- Willingness to work from the office and travel if required

- Prior experience in operations or coordination roles is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
