AI Implementation Intern
NWORX is a voice-based AI coach platform. Our AI coach has real conversations with leaders, managers, early career professionals, and turns them into measurable behaviour change. We work with organisations building capability at speed, across corporates and academic institutions.
You will take NWORX's Voice AI coach into clients and own everything between login and impact — deploying NWORX's AI Coach to numerous clients, and using product data to drive adoption across thousands of users - from senior leaders to aspiring professionals.
The analytical core of the role: you live in the dashboards. Activation rates, session depth, conversation completion, drop-off points, streak decay, cohort-level movement on competencies. You'll build views, spot patterns, and turn them into three different outputs for three different audiences - users, buyers, engineering and product teams. This role sits at the intersection of AI-powered products, program management and client success.
Conversational AI is moving faster than any enterprise can absorb on its own. Buyers want it, users are curious about it, and closing the gap between the two is where this role sits. We've built a proven implementation model across enterprise deployments, and you'll run it, sharpen it, and extend it as the technology moves — which it does, every quarter. It's a new horizon in how organisations build capability, and you'll be working at the front edge of it.
Suited to you if you're comfortable with data and with people in equal measure, you can hold a hypothesis loosely and test it, you close loops & drive process unprompted, and you'd rather be early to something than late to something proven.
Requirements: Engineering or MBA. 0–2 years. Working fluency with spreadsheets and analytics dashboards expected; SQL is a plus, not a filter. Prior AI experience not required — genuine curiosity about how conversational AI works is. Bengaluru, hybrid (including occasional client side work both in Bangalore and other cities).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
