Job Description – QA Engineer (Manual + Automation)
We are looking for a QA engineer with 3+ years of experience in manual and automation testing to support web-based applications. The candidate should be capable of independently handling end-to-end testing activities, including requirement analysis, test planning, execution, automation development, defect management, release support, and basic performance validation activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manual Testing

Analyze project requirements and prepare detailed test plans, scenarios, and test cases.

Design, document, and execute manual test cases to validate functionality and quality.

Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, System, API, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Execute performance validation and basic load testing where required.

Document test execution results and maintain testing artifacts.

Prepare testing reports and communicate findings effectively.

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.

Participate in requirement discussions and contribute to process improvements.
Automation Testing

Develop, maintain, and execute automation test scripts.

Build and enhance automation frameworks.

Increase regression automation coverage and optimize testing effort.

Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.

Generate automation execution reports and dashboards.
