Job Title: Junior Site Engineer
Experience: 3–4 Years
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Site Engineer to oversee site activities, ensure quality standards, and support project execution. The candidate should have hands-on experience in site inspection, coordination with contractors, and monitoring construction activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor construction progress.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams for smooth site operations.
- Monitor material usage and maintain site records and reports.
- Identify and report site issues, delays, or safety concerns.
- Verify measurements and quantities for billing and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist senior engineers in project planning and execution.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of site inspection and construction practices.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic project documentation.
- Problem-solving and attention to detail.
Qualification:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
Experience:
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in site engineering and site inspection.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
