Key Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective students/customers through calls and follow-ups.
- Explain courses, services, and admission processes clearly.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into admissions/sales.
- Maintain regular follow-up with interested candidates.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Update lead details and call records in CRM software.
- Achieve monthly admission/sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects.
- Coordinate with the counseling and admission team.
- Prepare daily and weekly call reports.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Ability to work on targets and deadlines.
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Experience in telesales, telecalling, or counseling is an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
