In-Hand Salary:
- During Probation (First 2 Months): Approx. ₹23,000/month

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive – International Collections with a minimum of 6 months of experience in an international collections process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills, with experience in recovering outstanding payments while maintaining a professional and customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments and outstanding balances.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment collection.
- Negotiate payment arrangements while adhering to company policies.
- Resolve customer queries related to billing and payment issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
- Meet daily and monthly collection targets and quality standards.
- Escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate team when required.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and international collection practices.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Collections Process (Mandatory).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts, if required.

Compensation & Benefits
- CTC: ₹30,000 per month
- Approx. In-Hand: ₹23,000/month during the first 2 months (Probation)
