Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to manage and grow our online marketplace business. The candidate should have hands-on experience in managing seller accounts on platforms such as Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, and other marketplaces. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling product listings, catalog management, images/videos uploads, inventory updates, and overall marketplace operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage seller accounts on Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings.
- Upload and manage product images, videos, descriptions, specifications, and keywords.
- Handle catalog creation and listing approvals.
- Monitor inventory and stock updates across marketplaces.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product data, creatives, and promotions.
- Manage pricing, discounts, and promotional campaigns.
- Track sales performance and prepare reports.
- Resolve listing issues, account-related issues, and marketplace support tickets.
- Improve product visibility through SEO-friendly content and optimized listings.
- Ensure all product information is accurate and updated.
Required Skills
- Experience in Flipkart Seller Hub, Amazon Seller Central, and other marketplace portals.
- Strong knowledge of product listing and catalog management.
- Ability to upload and manage product images, videos, and content.
- Knowledge of inventory management and order processing.
- Understanding of marketplace policies and compliance requirements.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
- Experience in managing multiple marketplace accounts.
- Knowledge of e-commerce SEO and digital marketing will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
