The IT Technical Staff is responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth functioning of computer systems, hospital software, networks, and related equipment. The role supports day-to-day IT operations to ensure uninterrupted patient care and administrative services.
Technical Support
- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, printers, scanners, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot system, application, and connectivity problems promptly.
- Assist users with login issues, email problems, and basic software usage.
System & Network Maintenance
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, and network devices.
- Monitor LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and coordinate with service providers when required.
- Perform regular system checks and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure antivirus, updates, and system patches are applied.
Hospital Software & Applications
- Support Hospital Management System (HMS), billing software, pharmacy systems, PACS, LIS, and other healthcare applications.
- Coordinate with software vendors for issue resolution, upgrades, and patches.
- Assist departments in data entry, reports, and basic system training.
Documentation & Coordination
- Maintain IT asset inventory and service records.
- Document issues, solutions, and system changes.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, AMC, and new installations
Required Qualifications
- B.tech/Degree in Computer Science, IT
- Basic knowledge of:
- Windows OS, MS Office
- Networking fundamentals
- Hardware troubleshooting
- Experience in hospital or healthcare IT environment is an added advantage

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and user-support skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple issues
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
