Role Summary
The Head of Branding & Digital Marketing will own the company’s digital presence with a primary focus on driving inbound B2B lead generation. This role establishes our technical authority and equips the sales team with the materials needed to engage procurement heads and supply chain leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Execute B2B digital strategies to consistently generate high-quality inbound leads.
- Manage targeted LinkedIn Ads for decision-makers in the pharma, FMCG, and cosmetics sectors.
- Drive SEO for key packaging terms (e.g., custom monocartons, compliance labels, pharma leaflets).
- Optimize website product pages and inquiry funnels for maximum conversion.
Content Creation & Sales Enablement
- Develop case studies highlighting packaging innovations, cost-savings, and compliance achievements.
- Direct the creation of facility and production content (video/photo) showcasing quality control and printing precision.
- Design high-impact pitch decks, capability brochures, and technical data sheets for the sales team.
- Elevate the physical presentation and unboxing experience of sample kits sent to prospects.
Brand Management & Operations
- Liaise with and manage external agencies (web developers, PR, videographers, event organizers) to execute high-quality marketing initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end branding and pre/post-event marketing for industry exhibitions and trade shows.
- Maintain brand consistency across all corporate collateral and digital platforms.
- Track, analyse, and report on key metrics including Cost Per Lead (CPL) and campaign ROI.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education & Experience: Master’s degree with 4+ years of marketing experience (manufacturing, packaging, or B2B industry preferred).
- Digital Expertise: Proven success in lead generation using LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and Google Analytics.
- Content Strategy: Strong portfolio of B2B sales enablement materials and technical content.
- Agency Management: Demonstrated ability to effectively brief, negotiate with, and manage external vendors and agencies.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
