An E-commerce Associate to drives online sales by managing digital storefronts, optimizing product listings, and executing marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Storefront Management: Maintain and update product catalogs on platforms like Shopify, Amazon, or noon, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and high-quality images.
- Campaign Execution: Assist in launching promotions, email marketing flows, and digital ads to drive traffic and sales.
- User Experience & SEO: Optimize the website's layout and utilize SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic visibility.
- Order Fulfillment: Coordinate between inventory, warehouses, and logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Data Analysis: Track website performance (Google Analytics), monitor customer reviews, and analyze sales metrics to forecast inventory needs and improve the shopping experience.
Core Requirements
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or E-Commerce.
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital retail, e-commerce, or online marketplace management
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon / Meesho / Flipkart Etc.), content management systems (CMS), and data analytics tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, excellent organizational skills, and a consumer-centric mindset.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
