We are looking for an experienced Back Office Executive with strong accounting skills to manage day-to-day financial and administrative tasks for our jewellery store. The ideal candidate must be well-versed with Tally ERP and Prime software and capable of handling billing operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and generate sales bills, purchase bills, and GST invoices
- Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting entries in Tally and Prime
- Manage stock entries, purchase orders, and inventory updates
- Handle daily bank reconciliation, and payment follow-ups
- Maintain customer records, vendor records, and documentation
- Support regular operational and administrative tasks of the store
- Coordinate with sales staff for billing and stock-related requirements
- Prepare basic financial reports as required by management
- Ensure timely and accurate record-keeping
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years of accounting/back-office experience (jewellery background is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, Tally Prime, and billing processes
- Good understanding of GST, invoicing, and basic accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage routine tasks efficiently
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
