Job Description: Preschool Teacher at Kangaroo Kids International PreSchool
Location: Electronic city phase 1, Bangalore 560100

Reports to: Centre head
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities based on the Kangaroo Kids International Preschool framework.
- Create a nurturing, stimulating, and safe learning environment for young children.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports the emotional, social, and cognitive development of each child.
- Observe and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents and caregivers.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Freshers are encouraged to apply; previous experience in early childhood education is a plus.
- Graduate / NTT / D.Ed / ECCEd background will be an added advantage.
- Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their development and well-being.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment.
- Must be located in or around Electronic City.
