We are looking for an experienced Senior Lift Technician / Elevator Engineer who can independently manage lift maintenance, troubleshooting, and breakdown handling. The candidate should ensure safe and smooth operation of elevators across client sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance (AMC) of elevators
- Attend and resolve breakdown calls independently
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults
- Conduct safety checks (door sensors, brakes, ARD, alarms)
- Maintain service logs and inspection records
- Ensure lifts comply with safety and operational standards
- Communicate with clients professionally during service visits
- Support annual inspection readiness

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of lift systems and components
- Experience in troubleshooting control panels and wiring
- Familiarity with ARD systems, sensors, and motors
- Ability to work independently in field conditions
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Minimum 4–8 years in elevator industry
- Experience with brands like:
- Otis
- KONE
- Schindler
- Johnson

Qualification
- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech (Electrical / Electronics preferred)
