Job Description:
We are seeking a responsible and disciplined Hostel Warden to oversee the daily operations of the hostel and ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained living environment for residents. The candidate will be responsible for managing student welfare, maintaining discipline, and coordinating hostel activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day hostel operations
- Ensure safety, discipline, and well-being of all hostel residents
- Maintain attendance and records of students staying in the hostel
- Handle student concerns, complaints, and emergencies effectively
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of hostel facilities
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff
- Enforce hostel rules and regulations strictly
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas
- Manage visitor entries and ensure security protocols are followed
- Assist in organizing hostel-related activities and meetings
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
Experience:
- 3–8 years preferred (experience in hostel/residential facility management is an advantage)
Salary:
- ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience)
