Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve branch targets for gold loan, investment, and cross-selling products.
- Manage day-to-day branch operations efficiently.
- Guide, train, and motivate the team to improve productivity and sales performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Handle cash management, audit compliance, and KYC documentation.

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Gold Loan / NBFC / Banking sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills.
- Ability to manage branch operations independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
