About the Role
We are looking for energetic, responsible, and innovation-driven individuals to join our team as Learning Experience & Innovation Trainees. In this role, you will work closely with students, parents, and tutors to ensure smooth academic coordination, community engagement, and technology-enabled learning delivery.
The role focuses on student management, community management, LMS coordination, social media management, and improving student learning experiences through structured systems and innovative approaches. You will also gain exposure to AI tools, edtech platforms, and startup operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between students, parents, and tutors for smooth learning delivery
- Manage student communities and maintain regular engagement activities
- Handle student onboarding, follow-ups, attendance, and academic coordination
- Monitor student learning progress and identify support requirements
- Support personalized learning plans and innovative learning initiatives
- Work with LMS platforms, AI tools, and digital learning systems
- Manage LMS updates, student records, assignments, and communication systems
- Create and manage social media content including reels, shorts, and educational storytelling content
- Support community engagement activities across online and offline platforms
- Coordinate feedback collection and maintain healthy student-parent relationships
- Track engagement, learning progress, and operational activities using structured systems
- Contribute ideas to improve student experience, engagement, and learning outcomes
