We are a fast-growing premium bubble tea brand from Australia expanding rapidly across India. Known for innovative drinks, strong branding, and modern customer experiences, we are looking for a creative and energetic Marketing Assistant to support our growing marketing and operations team.
This role is ideal for someone who is creative, social media savvy, confident using Photoshop, and comfortable coordinating with media agencies, influencers, and external creative partners.
Position Summary
The Marketing Assistant will support day-to-day marketing activities across social media, store launches, promotional campaigns, and digital content creation. The role requires strong graphic design skills, content coordination abilities, and excellent communication skills to work with external media companies and internal teams.
The ideal candidate should understand current social media trends, branding consistency, and fast-paced retail or food & beverage environments.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Management
Assist in managing social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and other digital channels
Create engaging social media posts, reels, stories, and promotional content
Schedule and upload content aligned with marketing calendars and campaigns
Monitor engagement, comments, and customer interactions across platforms
Support store launch campaigns and promotional activities
Graphic Design & Creative Support
Design marketing materials using Adobe Photoshop and related design software
Create promotional posters, digital menus, banners, flyers, and campaign visuals
Edit photos and videos for social media and advertising use
Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and visual identity
Media & Agency Coordination
Coordinate with external media agencies, photographers, videographers, influencers, and printing suppliers
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns with third-party vendors
Follow up on deliverables, timelines, and campaign performance
Support influencer collaborations and local promotional activities
Store Marketing Support
Work closely with operations and franchise teams for store-level marketing activities
Assist with grand openings, seasonal campaigns, and product launches
Coordinate marketing materials for stores including TV menus, posters, and promotional assets
Ensure brand consistency across all store communications and visuals
Administrative & Marketing Coordination
Maintain organized records of marketing assets and campaign files
Assist with reporting campaign performance and engagement metrics
Support day-to-day marketing coordination and communication tasks
Skills & Requirements
Essential
Experience in Adobe Photoshop and basic graphic design
Understanding of social media platforms and current digital trends
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work with external media companies and creative vendors
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Basic photography/video editing knowledge
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in food & beverage, retail, or hospitality marketing
Knowledge of Canva, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or CapCut
Experience handling Instagram Reels and short-form content
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Design, or related field
