Position: Business Development Manager – Interior Design
Department- Sales & Business Development
Location- Gurgaon / Pan India
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional for the position of Business Development Manager – Interior Design. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, client acquisition, and business expansion for residential and commercial interior projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in business development, client relationship management, project acquisition, and a good understanding of P&L management within the interior design or construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate revenue through residential and commercial interior design projects.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client meetings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, corporate clients, and individual customers.
- Handle client acquisition, lead generation, and project conversion activities.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with design and execution teams for project proposals.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial discussions.
- Drive sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Monitor project profitability and maintain understanding of P&L (Profit & Loss) management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain sales pipeline, MIS reports, and business forecasting reports.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to support business growth.
- Ensure long-term client relationship management and repeat business generation.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within interior design, architecture, or construction industry + Incentives are there as per the performance.

- Understanding of project costing and profitability
