About the Role
We are looking for a highly execution-driven Ops Lead – Revenue Tech & Automation to build and manage the technology, CRM, automation, and sales operations ecosystem for premium real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving lead management, CRM discipline, sales automation, WhatsApp workflows, reporting dashboards, and conversion tracking while enabling the sales team to focus on revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:-
CRM & Sales Operations
- Manage and optimize CRM platforms, lead pipelines, and sales workflows.
- Monitor lead allocation, follow-ups, lead ageing, and sales team adherence.
- Build dashboards and reports for leadership and sales teams.
Automation & Revenue Enablement
- Implement WhatsApp automation and AI-assisted lead qualification workflows.
- Create automated lead nurturing, follow-up, and escalation systems.
- Improve lead response time and reduce lead leakage.
Funnel & Conversion Management
- Manage lead journeys from inquiry to closure.
- Coordinate landing pages, lead forms, CRM integrations, and conversion tracking.
- Support NRI/HNI customer acquisition funnels and sales processes.
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain revenue and performance dashboards.
- Track KPIs such as lead response time, qualified leads, site visits, conversions, pipeline value, and revenue generated.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
Sales Enablement
- Create and maintain sales support materials, scripts, templates, and process documentation.
- Implement AI tools to improve sales productivity and operational efficiency.
- Support sales teams with structured workflows and reporting.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in CRM Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Business Operations.
- Experience in Real Estate, PropTech, FinTech, Hospitality, Luxury Sales, or other high-ticket B2C industries preferred.
- Strong understanding of automation tools, CRM systems, reporting, and sales processes.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
