Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI through data-driven optimization.
- Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and budget management.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with the creative team for high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
