Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. The candidate should have strong knowledge of domestic and international travel bookings, itinerary planning, ticketing, hotel reservations, visa assistance, and customer handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international travel queries.
- Book flight tickets, hotels, holiday packages, buses, and other travel services.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries according to customer requirements.
- Provide visa guidance and travel documentation support.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel vendors for reservations and confirmations.
- Follow up with clients for payments, travel updates, and feedback.
- Resolve customer issues and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain proper records of bookings and customer details.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo preferred).
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Ability to handle international and domestic travel queries.
- Knowledge of visa processes and travel documentation.
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in travel sales or travel consulting.
- Graduation preferred.
- Candidate should be confident, professional, and target-oriented.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
