Key Responsibilities* Contact and counsel leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, website inquiries, webinars, and referrals.* Understand student requirements and recommend suitable training programs.* Conduct follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video meetings.* Convert inquiries into admissions.* Maintain accurate lead and student records in CRM/Google Sheets.* Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.* Coordinate with the operations team for smooth student onboarding.* Build strong relationships with prospective students and working professionals.Required Skills
