Job Summary
Shaakya Polimer Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to promote our range of PVC pipes, generate new business, strengthen dealer/distributor relationships, and achieve sales targets through regular market visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily market visits to generate leads and increase sales.
- Appoint and maintain dealers, distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Identify new customers and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and payment collection.
- Submit daily visit reports (DVR) and sales updates.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of sales experience in PVC Pipes, CPVC, UPVC, HDPE, SWR, Plumbing, or related pipe products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively for market visits.
