Job Summary
The Academic Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of academic operations, coordinating with faculty and students, maintaining academic quality, and supporting the successful delivery of educational programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily academic operations and class schedules.
- Manage faculty schedules, attendance, and class allocations.
- Support students by addressing academic queries and ensuring a positive learning experience.
- Monitor student attendance, progress, and academic performance.
- Coordinate with trainers/faculty for timely course delivery.
- Maintain academic records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure smooth conduct of assessments, examinations, and certification processes.
- Assist in onboarding new students and conducting orientation sessions.
- Collaborate with the admissions, sales, and operations teams for seamless student support.
- Ensure compliance with academic policies and quality standards.
- Prepare and submit academic reports to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers/1 years of experience in academic coordination, education, or EdTech.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
