Key Responsibilities
- Perform raw material, in-process & finished product testing as per SOP.
- Check parameters such as acidity, pH, purity, moisture, viscosity, smell, etc.
- Handle sample collection, labeling, testing & documentation.
- Maintain test reports, registers & COA.
- Follow ISO 9001, SOP & quality system requirements.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment; ensure calibration.
- Coordinate with Production & Quality teams for batch clearance and quality issues.
- Follow lab safety, chemical handling & housekeeping procedures.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of chemical analysis & laboratory testing.
- Basic ISO/SOP & documentation knowledge.
- Basic computer/Excel knowledge.
- Good accuracy, discipline and attention to detail.
Qualification & Experience
- B.Sc / M.Sc Chemistry or equivalent.
- 2–5 years experience as Lab Chemist / QC Chemist.
- Chemical/manufacturing industry experience preferred.
