Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Assistant Professor in Finance to deliver high-quality academic instruction, mentor students, and contribute to academic excellence. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, effective communication skills, and a commitment to student learning and development.
Required Qualifications
- MBA (Finance) or M.Com
- Prior teaching, training, or relevant industry experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Financial Management, Banking, International Finance, Financial Markets, and related subjects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures, seminars, and practical sessions in Finance and related subjects.
- Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, presentations, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, examinations, projects, and presentations.
- Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and career support to students.
- Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, assessment reports, and student progress documentation.
