Job details

REQUISITE (SKILLS AND CORE COMPONENTS)

 Completion of a sales-related training program is preferred.

 Have good knowledge of Jewellery and diamonds will be preferred.

 Computer literate - Should have basic knowledge of Excel.

 Exposure to diverse viewpoints, cultural norms, and experiences.

 Good verbal skills – Hindi and English

RESPONSIBILITIES

 Connect to the customer to make them aware about platform and invite them to visit our website and purchase our subscriptions & products.

 Dealing with incoming email, chats and calls.

 Create sales material to present to customers

 Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.

 Understand the customer jewellery requirement and give them accurate solution

 Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time

 Have good communication skills (Marathi / Hindi / English Languages)

 Noting important details of each conversation

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
