Job Summary
The Telecaller – Real Estate Sales will be responsible for engaging potential customers through outbound and inbound calls, understanding their property requirements, generating qualified leads, and coordinating site visits with the sales team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers through outbound calls and follow up on marketing-generated leads.
- Provide detailed information about projects, property features, pricing, payment plans, and ongoing offers.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads based on their buying intent and budget.
- Schedule site visits, meetings, and property presentations for the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to increase engagement and conversion opportunities.
- Accurately update customer interactions, inquiries, and lead status in CRM systems.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure prompt responses.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead management and campaign follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and appointment targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers to enhance customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 6 month –1 years of experience in tele calling, tele sales, customer support, or sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati preferred.

Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- One fixed weekly off
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
