- Generate leads and identify potential residential customers for rooftop solar solutions.
- Conduct site visits and customer meetings to understand energy requirements.
- Explain solar products, system benefits, government subsidies, and financing options to customers.
- Prepare and present proposals and quotations to prospective customers.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales orders.
- Coordinate with the technical and installation teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales process.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Update customer details and sales activities in CRM or reporting systems.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities when required.
- Keep up to date with solar products, market trends, and government policies related to rooftop solar.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
- Basic knowledge of solar systems and net metering processes is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Experience in field sales or direct sales is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
