Business Development Associate (BDA)

About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Business Development Associate to help grow our student admissions. You will interact with prospective students, understand their career goals, explain our courses, and guide them through the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up with student leads.
- Counsel students about courses and career opportunities.
- Convert inquiries into admissions.
- Make outbound calls and respond to WhatsApp, website, and social media inquiries.
- Schedule counseling sessions and campus visits.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, and corporate partners for student referrals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Admissions, or Telecalling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with students and parents.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the education or training industry.
- Ability to handle multiple leads simultaneously.
- Good presentation and counseling skills.
- Fluent in Tamil and English (additional languages are a plus).
