Role Summary
We are seeking a qualified and proactive Shift Engineer to oversee the operation and maintenance of building systems and facility infrastructure. The candidate will ensure smooth facility operations, preventive maintenance execution, and quick resolution of technical issues within an IT/ITeS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain electrical, mechanical, and electromechanical systems within the facility.
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of HVAC, UPS, DG sets, electrical panels, firefighting systems, pumps, and utility equipment.
- Attend breakdowns and perform corrective and preventive maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance activities.
- Maintain shift logs, equipment checklists, and incident reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Support energy management and cost optimization initiatives.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and technical escalations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency of facility services.
Eligibility Criteria
- BE/B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Electromechanical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience,
- OR
- Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Electromechanical Engineering with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Building Facility Management is mandatory.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the IT and ITeS industry.Required Skills
- Knowledge of building management systems and facility operations.
- Understanding of electrical and mechanical maintenance practices.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Familiarity with safety and compliance standards.
Compensation
- Budget Allocation: INR 500,000 per annum (CTC)

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
