Brookinton Solutions Private Limited is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele-Caller to handle both inbound and outbound calls related to inquiries generated through social media advertisements, digital marketing campaigns, websites, referrals, and other promotional activities. The candidate will be responsible for providing information about the company's training programs, language courses, study abroad services, admissions, and other offerings, following up with prospective customers, scheduling counseling sessions and seminars, maintaining accurate records of leads and customer interactions, and working towards achieving admission and conversion targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good telephone etiquette, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to build rapport with customers. Proficiency in Telugu and English is mandatory, while knowledge of Hindi will be considered an added advantage. Freshers and experienced candidates with a positive attitude and a customer-focused approach are encouraged to apply.
