Senior HR Executive is responsible for managing core human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, policy implementation, compliance, and HR operations. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to support organizational growth and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
- Schedule and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
Employee Relations
- Address employee grievances and workplace concerns.
- Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Ensure positive employee relations and healthy work culture.
- Assist in conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
HR Operations
- Maintain attendance, leave, and employee databases.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with finance/accounts team.
Compliance & Administration
- Manage statutory documentation and audits.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Handle HR correspondence and administrative tasks.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
