Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Assistant Professor to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, mentoring students, conducting research, and contributing to academic and institutional development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions as per the curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide academic guidance.
- Participate in curriculum development and academic planning.
- Conduct research, publish scholarly articles, and attend academic conferences.
- Mentor students for academic, professional, and personal development.
- Maintain academic records and submit reports as required.
- Participate in institutional committees, accreditation, and quality assurance activities.
- Support admissions, examinations, placements, and other institutional initiatives.
- Foster an engaging and positive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in the relevant discipline with a strong academic record.
- NET/SET/Ph.D. qualification preferred as per regulatory norms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in teaching methodologies and educational technologies.
